Nokia EOS reportedly coming in July with a 41MP camera!

Nokia Catwalk and EOS were the two high end smartphones in Nokia's 2013 pipe line. Nokia have officially announced the Catwalk aka Lumia 925 on May 14, so the next turn is obviously for EOS, and it is already starring in rumor columns.

The most exciting feature of EOS is its camera, Nokia plans to include a 41 MP camera sensor to this Windows Phone. We first saw the sensor on 808 PureView. The reports says that the phone will feature a polycarbonate body, and will be almost similar to Lumia 920 in thickness, but the tapered edge design makes it looks slimmer and stylish. The screen is supposed to be a 4.5-inch 768×1,280 one. No other details are available right now, except the camera features.

The camera as we said earlier, features a 41 MP sensor with maximum picture size of 34 MP. Back side the phone sports a Xenon flash that is smaller compared to the 808. There is also a red focus assist light next to the flash. The camera is reported to come with an automatic cover that opens when camera starts to capture, called Nokia ProCamera. The camera also lets you to record video at 1080p Full HD, with three different frame rates possible both at this resolution and at 720p.

The EOS reportedly launches during the first half of July.`So we can expect more details on the device in the coming weeks.
