Google Android 4.3 Spotted, might be heading to Google I/O

The reports says that the next version of Google's OS Android 5.0 have to wait more to get unwrapped and Google seems to be planning to uncover a new version of Android Jelly Bean at the Google I/O conference, which is just days ahead of us. The reports are coming from  Android Police , and the folks there have discovered server logs which points that Google is currently working on Android 4.3, and found visits in their server logs that originated from Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 devices running Android 4.3 with build number JWR23B, more than that the IP addresses of these devices were tracked back to the Google Campus. Alleged Samsung Galaxy Note III image appears online

Samsung's upcoming Note device, the  Galaxy Note III  got pictured allegedly. The unannounced phablet from Samsung was pictured alongside Note II for a comparison. The image appeared on the Baidu forums, and the source says that it is just an engineering sample of Note 3, and the final design may be different. The company is yet to say anything on the Note III, but the rumor mills are keenly working on collecting the details on the device. Itt is rumored to feature a 5.9-inch full HD display, 2.0 GHz Exynos 5 Octa processor, and offers a massive memory and storage options including 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. New waterproof Sony Xperia ZR with 4.6-inch HD display in the making?

Sony's current flagship device Xperia Z is doing pretty well in terms of sales volume. The Japanese makers have sold more than 4 million units of Xperia Z till now, and most probably this may be the reason for Sony to check out their luck once again on the high-end waterproof handsets, and if the latest reports are to be believed, Sony is working on another similar handset with some slight changes and we can see the device soon in near future. According to  Xperia Blog  the device will be called Xperia ZR, and will stay in between Xperia Z and Xperia SP smartphones in terms of specifications. Samsung officially announces 7" Galaxy Tab 3 7.0

Samsung officially introduced their latest tablet offering, third generation Galaxy Tab 3 . Both 8" and 10" versions were rumored for a while now, but now Samsung have introduced only the 7" version, Dubbed as Galaxy Tab 3 7.0. The company released Wi-Fi only and 3G + Wi-Fi versions of the tablet, and the press release says that Wi-Fi only version of Galaxy Tab 3 7-inch will go on sale in May, and 3G version in June, to follow that. The tablet features narrow bezels and it measures 188.0 111.1 x 9.9 mm vs. 193.7 x 122.4 x 10.5 mm of its older version. Feature wise the tablet does not carry a huge list, rather Samsung have prepped this tablet as more affordable gadget, it seems. LG Announces Optimus GK for Korea

LG  have introduced a new smartphone for the South Korean market dubbed as Optimus GK. The device will be for those who wish to have the entire features of their flagship device Optimus G Pro, in a more comfortable handy device. LG packs all the features of their G Pro in GK, but the huge 5.5" screen is replaced with a manageable 5" display. It packs a 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor and Adreno 320 GPU like in G Pro and offers the same 1080p (1080x1920 pixels) resolution with a pixel density of 440ppi. AT&T-branded LG Optimus G Pro pictured and detailed

Announced back in February for South Korea , LG Optimus G Pro is also landing in US, and LG  plans to debut the device in US on May 1. It is rumored for a while that AT&T will carry a version of Optimus G Pro, and the evLeaks  have posted an image of AT&T branded version of the device, to confirm the rumors. Specifications wise the AT&T variant is almost similar to the South Korean version, with some slight changes. It offers a Full HD IPS screen instead of the True HD IPS+ found in South Korean variant. The image posted by evLeaks is of a black device and it clearly shows AT&T's globe logo on its backside and AT&T branding in its status bar. Oppo announced R809T Mid-Ranger in China

Oppo , a recently famous name for its flagship device Find 5 is back again, but this time the company is introducing just a mid-ranger dubbed as R809T. Oppo introduced the device in their home ground China now, and we don't have nay idea about heir plans of extending the market for R809T. The phone sports a slightly thin profile with a 6.93mm thickness, but it still can't beat the 6.65mm of Find 5. Samsung is planning to launch a new dual SIM device dubbed as Galaxy Core. The device with a model number GT-i8262 is just a normal handset with some nice features and not a high end one. It is supposed to offer a 4.3-inch WVGA display and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor. For memory and storage, it offers a 768MB of RAM and 8GB internal storage that is expandable with a microSD card slot. Intel-powered Lenovo Ideaphone K900 launching on May 6

Lenovo introduced K900 as the world’s first Intel Clover Trail+ powered dual-core Android smartphone at CES 2013. The phone was expected to make its official roll out to stores on April 17 . Samsung planning water/dust proof Galaxy S4?

Samsung is not a strong contestant when it comes to the rugged smartphone market. Although they have a wide range of Android smartphones in their list, they just have few of such devices like Xcover in the market. HTC 608T spotted online

HTC is now concentrating more on their home turf Taiwan and China, it seems. The company is planning to flood the smartphone market over there by introducing not less than a new device in every month. Just a couple of days ago a new unannounced device with a model number HTC 606w was spotted while it received its certifications from Teena. Now another new device from HTC leaked online with a model number 608T and it seem to be targeting China or Taiwan as its destination. The Chinese social-networking site Weibo posted the details on the device. According to the post, the HTC 608T will feature a 4.5-inch qHD display, and is powered by a quad-core processor of unknown makers. Just a couple of days ago evLeaks tweeted that Verizon will officially announce the Pantech Perception on April 24 , and the big Red did exactly as rumored, unveiled Perception officially. HTC launches Desire L in Taiwan

HTC seems to fail in keeping the promise, of releasing just a few models per year, and breaks it by introducing a number of new models that also near-identical devices. But we should say that the Taiwanese makers are keeping their promises when it comes to the high end models. HTC now introduces a new Android smartphone in their Desire series to their home turf, dubbed as HTC Desire L. HTC M4 to arrive in June, uses metal-alloy chassis

HTC M4, a mid ranger, and a step down version of M7 aka HTC One seems to be busy in getting its things done. The Digitimes  reportss that the device will starts its shipping by the month of June. M4 will be landing with metal-alloy chassis, the company have partnered with Catcher Technology for that. “To prevent component shortage issues from happening again, HTC has decided to give its chassis orders solely to Catcher,” Digitimes noted in the report. According to the leaks and rumors, HTC M4 is expected to offer a 4.3-inch 720p display and Snapdragon 400 dual-core processor. The camera is the same that is used in the HTC One, an ultra pixel one. Pantech Perception to hit Verizon on April 25

Remember Pantech Perception that we spotted back in February, while it receiving its necessary certificates from FCC? The device then was set to join the big Red soon, but we hardly heard about it for quite some time. Recently leaked Samsung prototype was fake, says Sammobile

Evleaks has been a very reliable source of information about the unannounced devices in the recent times, but it looks like the things are changing for a while now, at least in case of Samsung related news. Back in March evLeaks uploaded an image of Galaxy S4 render, and it was proved that the image was fake and designed by Expansys Web Designer. The source is losing its reliability and once again they have come up with a fake image. Just a couple of days ago the folk behind eEvleaks  popped up an image of a new unannounced Samsung device that follows completely new design strategy, and stated that "Upcoming Samsung design language? " Now Sammobile confirms that the picture uploaded by Evleaks is not an upcoming device from Samsung rather it is just Galaxy S4′s developer prototype. Fujitsu working on Android JellyBean powered smartphone - FJDEV002

The latest reports on the web points to a new Fujitsu made Android smartphone. The detailed specifications of the device are still unknown, and there are no official words about it either, still a new Android handset manufactured by Fujitsu was spotted in AnTuTu benchmark results. The newly spotted device has a model number "FJDEV002," and is supposed to be made for NTT docomo, Japan. The innards are expected to feature a Snapdragon 600 or S4 MSM8960T processor along with Adreno 320 for better graphics. Among the few details available is the OS which is Android 4.2.2 JellyBean. Samsung follows almost similar design strategy right from their Galaxy S II, without any revolutionary changes even in their latest flagship Galaxy S4. Now it seems like the South Korean makers are planning for a design change that will make their fans more excited. evLeaks , a name famous in tech space in recent times for their worthful leaks and screen shots of unannounced devices, have now updated their twitter account with a new image of a Samsung device and just noted that "Upcoming Samsung design language? Huawei announces Ascend Mate in Australia for AU$429

The Chinese makers Huawei had introduced their phablet device Ascend Mate with a huge display and some interesting features back in CES January. The company now announces the availability of the device in Australia. Huawei introduced the device in Sydney at a press event. It will be available starting from April 20 via Harvey Norman stores, for a price of AU$429. The device will also be available through other retail stores in coming days. Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 to pack a dual core processor, appears on benchmarking site

Rumors of the successor of Samsung's Galaxy Ace 2 is around for quite sometime and now it's confirmed almost in a benchmark result. The site  GLbenchmark  posted the details of a new unannounced device from Samsung with a model number Samsung GT-S7272, which is supposed to be the Ace 2 successor. In the year 2013 there isn't any lower-mid ranger in Samsung's list as yet, so we expect the device Ace 3 to arrive soon, but the confirmation along with the official releasing details are yet to come. HTC E1 goes on sale in China, HTC allows buyers to customize their E1

HTC have not yet started offering their current flagship device HTC One in the Chinese market. For those patiently waiting for the device to launch, the Taiwanese makers are giving another option to consider in the form of  HTC E1 . Looks like the Galaxy Tab 3 from Samsung is all set to roll out. Even though there is no official word from the company, a Greek website Techblog claims that Samsung might introduce the Galaxy Tab 3 in the next few days. A new Android smartphone from Acer got spotted in China. The device with a model number Acer V370 has passed through the Chinese Industry and Information Technology authentication website back in April 2 and it acquired all the required certifications from there. The images of the device along with its specifications are available from there, and it seems to be joining Acer's mid-range portfolio. As per the specifications listed on the site, Acer V370 offers a quad core processing power to rock its 4.5 (inch) TFT capacitive display with 540×960p resolution. MediaTek MT6589 is supposed to be the processor used in the system, but not confirmed. ZTE announced 5" Geek powered by Intel Z2580 Clover Trail+ processor

On the first day of the ongoing IDF 2013 at Beijing China, ZTE announced a new smartphone with Intel power. The newly announced ZTE Geek is based on Intel Clover Trail+ platform, the same technology used to power Lenovo K900. The Chinese maker has't provided any details on the pricing and the availability of the device, and they are likely to be announced on a later date.
