New HTC First smartphone leaks, seems to be the same Facebook phone to unveil on April 4

Looks like the long rumored dedicated Facebook phone made by HTC is soon going to be a reality, and it will most probably be the ultimate star at the April 4 event by Facebook. Last week when Facebook sent out invites for an Android event, the rumor meters went high on whether Facebook is going to introduce a smartphone or just a new home screen experience.

Now the folks from evleaks came up with a render of the possible Facebook phone to showcase at April 4 event, since it is a well reputed source to be believed, we will go with them. It is expected to be the same as that of leaked HTC Facebook phone, the Myst, but comes with a different name, HTC First. In the rendered image, there is no Android home screen, and neither a back button, and also we can't see any Windows trace. But there is a round button in the middle, so that may be the all new Facebook Home screen button.

One thing is pretty sure from the image, that the device is not a high end one, and it stands in the mid way, something like an extended one in their Desire series. evleakes didn't give any information on the specifications of the device, but according to Blog of Mobile, the features are almost similar to that of leaked specifications of HTC Myst.

HTC First is rumored to land with
