As promised at the Facebook press event, AT&T and HTC announced the availability of the HTC 'First' smartphone that comes pre-installed with Facebook Home. The phone is available now from the carrier AT&T, and the users can enjoy their new 4G LTE network for just $99.99. The price is with the usual two-year contract, but in case if you are not ready to sign a contract, you can also grab the device without contract for $449.99. The phones are available through their stores as well as on their website.

It offers 1GB RAM and up to 16GB of on-board storage. There will be a 5 MP rear camera and 1.6 MP front-facing camera on the phone. The users will get Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, 2.4GHz, NFC and a range of semsor options from the device. The battery used in the device is 2000 mAh non-removable one and the OS is Android 4.1 integrated with Facebook Home. It will be available in Black, White, Red, or Pale Blue colors.
HTC is also planning to launch the device in UK and France in the coming weeks, by EE in the UK, and in France Orange will be offering the device, but the exact availability of the device in those places is not known right now.
