Both Galaxy Star and Galaxy Pocket neo were showcased by the company at Samsung Africa Forum earlier.  They runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS.  Samsung however is yet to announce the pricing details and availability, but since they lands as an entry level smartphones, they won't at least break the budget of a middle class buyer.

Coming to the specifications...

The Galaxy Pocket Neo features a 3 inch QVGA (320 x 240) display, 850 MHz processor, 512MB of RAM, 4Gb of internal memory, microSD card support up to 32GB, 2MP rear camera, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, HSDPA, Intelligent Motion UI, optional Dual SIM Always On features,  Samsung ChatOn, GPS with Glonass etc. The handset packs a 1,200 mAh battery and measures 104.95 x 58 x 11.9 mm with 100.5 grams in weighs.

The Galaxy Star is almost similar to the Pocket Neo, and the main difference comes in the form of processor. Star uses a 1GHz processor, while the Pocket Neo offers a 850 MHz processor. More than that Galaxy Star lacks HSDPA and GPS connectivity.

Most probably the Korean makers will be considering the emerging markets for these entry devices.
