Nokia announced today that, more than 1.4 million users downloaded the free Ovi Maps Navigation app. Nokia added this free walk and drive navigation on January 21 and within a week 1 million downloads were offered by Nokia. And now Nokia claims that it has reached 1 download per second.
Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, N97 mini,E72, N97, 5230 are the devices that are installing this free app. China, Italy, the UK, Germany and Spain are the leading countries downloading this application.
All the new Nokia GPS enabled devices will be coming with a pre loaded Ovi Maps Navigation and the devices coming after march will be having free access to Michelin and Lonely Planet travel guides.
