Viewsonic VNB108 powered by Pine Trail is ready to release. The specification is not much exciting and it is coming with the usual netbook features. But we expect VNB108 to be a netbook within the budget.
The device specifications includes a 10-inch display with 1024 x 600 resolution, powered by 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor,Windows 7 Starter 1GB DDR II with 533 Mhz, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, 10/100 Mbps, VGA, LAN 802.11 b/g, Kensington lock, 3cell 2200mAh battery, and measures just 1.20 Kg with 260mm x 180mm x 32mm dimensions.
As it is coming with 3 cell battery, there is no chance for battery upgradation, if we use a six cell battery it will be like a tumor. The device will be available in markets from February itself, but there is no word on the price yet.
