OpenPeak Revealed OpenTablet 7 - Touch-Screen Multi-Media Tablet Device Powered By Intel Moorestown Platform
OpenPeak debuted a new touch screen tablet powered with Moorestown platform called OpenTablet 7. Throwing the powerful Moorestown platform from Intel to the reliable OpenPeak platform the device will be an affordable one with plug-and-play ease of installation.
The features of the new device from OpenPeak includes 7-inch high resolution multi-touch TFT LCD screen with LED backlighting, MicroSD slot to expand the connectivity, Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, cellular connectivity, dual cameras for capturing both high-definition video and still images, HDMI output, on-board USB interface, built-in speakers and microphone etc.
There is no word on the pricing yet. The device is expected to start shipping by the second half of 2010.
