Sharp seems engaged in green engineering mobile phones. They are also involved in a process to solve all problems related to modern cell phones batteries. The company's first solar cell phone SH6230C is expected to hit the Chinese markets in February 2010.
The solar panel which is located at the back side of the phone re-charges the phone. It is very simple you just need to keep the phone by the window side while you are in office or at home. This will keep the phone powered for a long conversation. The features of SH6230C includes a 2.9-inch LCD display, 5 megapixel camers etc.
There is no word on the pricing from the company as yet.. We hope every mobile manufacturers concentrate on making ecofriendly devices like Sharp.
