Acer Liquid e, which was announced officially last week at MWC 2010, is on the way to hit the Canadian mobile market. Rogers, a leading provider of Wireless, High Speed Internet, Digital Cable TV, and Home Phone services in Canada officially announced that they are ready to launch, Android powered Acer Liquid e in this Spring.
Powered with 768MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor the device features a 3.5-inch WVGA capacitive touch screen, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, Full HTML browser, 5 megapixel camera, 3.5mm headset jack etc.
Executive Vice-President Rogers Marketing section, John Boynton says “Rogers is very excited to be partnering with a highly respected global brand like Acer to bring the Acer Liquid e to Canadians consumers. By exclusively launching, the first Acer smartphone in Canada, we are once again demonstrating our industry-leading ability to be first to bring to market the latest and greatest mobile devices Canadians are asking for, and adding to our already impressive line-up of Android-enabled devices.”
There is no word about the pricing details and also the exact releasing date.
