Back at the start of last month, a device code named as HTC Myst was reported to become the follower of HTC Cha Cha and Salsa. But there were just few details available about the device at that time. Now the full specifications are confirmed and according to the folks at Unwired View, the latest specifications do match with those rumored last month.
The device will be landing as a smartphone that deeply integrates with Facebook. It comes pre-installed with Facebook and its apps like Facebook Messenger, Instagram and also offer access to a number of apps from Playstore.
The Myst is supposed to be a 4.3-inch device with 720p resolution and 320PPI pixel density. There will be a 1.5 GHz dual core MSM8960 processor and 1GB of RAM. But the storage offered is just 16GB, and there is no microSD card support. I doubt whether this will meet all your storage needs, if you have some extra games and videos to store. The Myst offers a 5 MP rear camera and 1.6MP front facing camera.
In terms of connectivity, it offers Bluetooth 4.0, 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, LTE and category 14 HSDPA. No idea on the price details and release date of the device, but it is expected to land in second quarter of this year.
