Facebook is a place where billions people congregates to see what's happening around their world. A small part of it is getting a make over now. Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook unveiled the new look for the news feed, at an event held in Menlo Park, California. According to him, this is a closer step to make the Facebook into a "personalized newspaper," to revamp the feed in a priority order.

The new news feed is concentrated on three major components
Bigger Images - The new feed is focused on giving better visual experience for the users with much bigger and better images. And as you may know photos makes up nearly 50% of the news feed, so the new change will be for good.
Multiple Feeds - At least some of you may feel that your Facebook news feed is over crowded now, and may be looking for an effective way to control the feed With the updated news feed you will gain the control over your feed, and also can decide how those feeds are to be displayed.
Mobile Consistency - Zuckerberg and his team designed the new feed inspired from the Facebook mobile apps, as the number of users accessing Facebook from mobile are improving considerably.
