HTC introduced a new mid-ranger for the Chinese market, dubbed as HTC E. The phone with a model number HTC 603e will be available for purchase in China soon and the purported price tag of the device is 1,799 CNY (around $290, or €224). There is no information about the release of this device in other parts of the world, but provided that HTC One is the only device from the company right now, and the company is yet to announce any other models apart from that, we could expect HTC E's roll out in other markets as a mid-ranger.

HTC E features a 4.3-inch WVGA Super LCD 2 display, and under the hood it packs 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM and for storage there is an 8GB internal on-board memory.
