Sony's latest flagship device, the Xperia Z, already started its world tour and now it's the time for some rumors and gossips for the upcoming devices from the company. Looks like there is no immediate plans for any flagships and the next turn from the Japanese makers is for some mid-rangers. One of the device in that list named Xperia L leaked recently with its full specifications.
From the details the Xperia L is a perfect mid-ranger from feature wise, and it offers a 4.3-inch FWVGA display, 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor along with Adreno 305 GPU. There is an 8GB on-board storage and it also provides microSD card support for the storage expansion. Xperia L is expected to run on Android 4.1.2 and there won't be any capacitive touch buttons, rather it offers the on-screen virtual buttons. There is also an 8MP rear camera with Exmor RS sensor on the device.
It packs a 1700mAh capacity battery within 128.7 x 65 x 9.7mm dimensions. According to Xperia blog Sony might introduce the Xperia L alongside with Xperia SP, another mid-ranger from the company with almost similar features, including an 8GB storage with microSD card slot, 8MP rear camera, Jelly Bean and 1.7GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro MSM8960T processor, Adreno 320 GPU, 720p HD display etc.
