It's obvious that Apple have already started working on their upcoming iPhone model, and most probably it will be an updated iPhone 5 -- the iPhone 5S, from their previous release strategy. Last week the Australian analyst Peter Misek predicted that the iPhone 5S will enter into the production in March and will be landing in June or July.
Now a mother board of an Apple device leaked over the web, and the source claims that this will be the heart of upcoming iPhone 5S. In this board we can see a new member, that is not present in the iPhone 5 board, a new Apple A7 processor. The Apple A7 chip will be a quad core one and will be clocked at 1.2 GHz. It also comes with a PowerVR SGX554MP4 GPU like in the iPad 4, and this quad core graphics definitely offer much improved performance compared to tri-core in the iPhone 5.
The iPhone 5S is also rumored to be landing with a 2 GB of RAM, to take over the 1 GB of RAM in the iPhone 5, but the improved RAM is said to be slower than 1 GB of memory, as it sports ‘just’ 800 MHz clock, against 1066 MHz in 1 GB.
Other leaked specifications includes a 4-inch 640×1,136 touchscreen, same as its predecessor, and also Siri gets cool new abilities in iOS 7,
